Bundanoon is Brigadoon: Central Coast Pick-ups

Don't miss out on the 'Scottish time of your life'. Bundanoon is Brigadoon, an annual event in the Southern Highlands and 2021 marks the 44th anniversary of the highland gathering in Bundanoon.

The Brigadoon Highland Gathering brings together the best of Scottish culture, heritage and entertainment that will stand the hairs on your arms. There is plenty to entertain us at this once a year gathering of the clans. The highlight of the day has to be the bagpipes and drums, the massed bands and the tartan not forgetting the 100 specialty stalls and food stalls. Enjoy the music, the highland dancing as well as the highland games including the Caber Toss and Bundanoon Stones of Manhood. Up to 300 pipers and drummers regularly perform every year at Brigadoon. It's an early start so we can arrive in Bundanoon for the street parade followed by the opening ceremony then the day is yours to enjoy the hurling, throwing, lifting games and more. This is an event for the whole family. Suitable for all abilities.
